True Movement Dance Studio presents…

Under the Canopy of Heaven! Join us in our second annual recital for a magical night of dance. This show is special because it exhibits the passion and heart behind our mission. You will be taken on a journey with dances that make you want to get up and party, to dances that strike your emotions and everything in between. Our dancers and teachers have been pouring out their hearts for this show, and we are thrilled to step on the stage for families to enjoy this experience with us. There is no place like “home”. Under the Canopy of Heaven is directed by Amber Bryan, the Artistic Director of True Movement Dance Studio.

True Movement was founded and created “brick by brick” with passion & love. We aim to provide a healthy dance environment for every dancer to soar past their potential, with correct and precise dance training. Offering professional training, in a supportive environment to hone the craft, dedication, kindness and respect of our dancers. It is our goal to give our True Movement family the best training, choreography, and leadership that will mold them throughout their life.

Our core values at True Movement represent who we are and strive to be every day. We pride ourselves on building a culture of hard work, love and respect for each other and everybody that walks into our studio.

Our History

The Theatre originally opened on November 26, 1921 as a cinema, primarily showing the then popular silent movies. The Seminole Theatre quickly became the place to go for entertainment and social gatherings in South Dade County and the upper Keys.
