We would like to take you, if you will, on a strange journey. The Seminole Theatre is looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic individuals to light up our shadow cast production of The one and only Rocky Horror Picture Show. So, Feel free to strap on your heels, lace into your corsets, and slip into your fish nets!!

Lacking a costume?? No problem!! Do something wild with your hair, and show us what you've got!! Come do the time warp with us as we search for the most perfectly entertaining shadow cast for Rocky Horror!!

*No shame is a plus*

Auditions will be held in person at Seminole Theatre at 18 N. Krome Avenue. Audition registration will begin at 7 PM.

Actors should come in prepared to shadow act around 30 seconds of a song for the character they're auditioning for and some working knowledge of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Brad and Janet would perform Dammit Janet, Frank N Furter would do Sweet Transvestite, Magenta, Columbia, and Riff Raff would do their part of Time Warp, Rocky, Sword of Damocles, Dr Scott, Eddys Teddy, and Eddie, Hot Patootie.

Please also come prepared to perform a bit of the Time Warp dance during a mini dance portion of the audition process.

At The Theatre

Our History

The Theatre originally opened on November 26, 1921 as a cinema, primarily showing the then popular silent movies. The Seminole Theatre quickly became the place to go for entertainment and social gatherings in South Dade County and the upper Keys.
