Ballet&Beyond's artistic director Karen Hirst Kennedy presents "The Coconut-Cracker" the Miami version of the classic tale of the Nutcracker story. "The Coconut-Cracker," a story ballet in 2 acts, tells the story of a little girl, Ema who celebrates her birthday at Miami Beach. She falls asleep reading her favorite birthday gift, a book of the story of the Coconut-Cracker. She dreams of visiting the Sand Castle Fairy who sends her off through the Ocean Waves to visit far away lands. This story ballet will delight children and adults alike, danced by the professionally trained Ballet&Beyond dancers. This is a creative gem of a show you won't want to miss!

Ballet&Beyond is a Ballet Academy, located at 9048 SW 152nd street in Palmetto Bay FL, where each dancer is introduced from a very young age to the proper classical ballet technique in a loving environment. Our dancers are from the ages of 4 to pre-professional and adults.
