Disney’s “Hunchback of Notre Dame”
The musical begins as the bells of Notre Dame sound through the famed cathedral in fifteenth-century Paris. Quasimodo, the deformed bell-ringer who longs to be & Out There, observes all of Paris reveling in the Feast of Fools.
Held captive by his devious caretaker, the archdeacon Dom Claude Frollo, he escapes for the day and joins the boisterous crowd, only to be treated cruelly by all but the beautiful gypsy, Esmeralda.
Quasimodo isn’t the only one captivated by her free spirit, though – the handsome Captain Phoebus and Frollo are equally enthralled. As the three vie for her attention, Frollo embarks on a mission to destroy the gypsies – and it’s up to Quasimodo to save them all.

The Seminole Theatre Players are seeking designers for the holiday production of A Christmas Carol, running Dec 21-30, 2018 at the Seminole Theatre in Homestead, FL.
Participating in theater is fun and fulfilling. The Seminole Theatre Players is a volunteer organization committed to producing great shows for and by our community. But we need YOUR help! Come join our team and our family. Whether you are an experienced veteran of theater or looking to start, we have a variety of roles that we need help with.
We are seeking the following positions:
Lighting Designer – Design and help program the lighting for the production. Must be available for tech week Dec 16-21.
Sound Designer – Design and help program the music, sound effects, and sound balance for the production.
Costume Designer – Design the costume plot and work with team to source costumes through renting, purchasing or fabricating. Much of this work can be done independently to source costumes prior to tech week. Some tech week availability is expected.
Props Master – Source or build the props, furniture and other elements of the productions. Much of this work can be done independently to source costumes prior to tech week. Some tech week availability is expected.
Hair & Makeup Designer – Design and help implement the hair & makeup design of the production, in conjunction with actors and Costume Designer. Ideally available for tech week and the run of the show to help actors.
Paint Charge – Under the supervision of the scenic designer / production manager, is responsible for the painting of the scenery. Much of this can be done on independent time prior to tech week.
Assistant Stage Manager – Help organize actors and scene changes during rehearsals and performances. Must be available all of tech week Dec 16-21 and for all performances and come to performances.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties of a Box Office Associate shall include, but are not limited to:
· Provide all patrons with a superior customer service experience.
· Provides information regarding Seminole Theatre events to patrons by phone and at the ticket window. Distributes literature to patrons and answers questions in response to inquiries about shows and events.
· Sells and processes ticket orders via telephone, Internet, and the window. Accurately & efficiently operates the Eventbrite ticketing system to sell tickets for all events.
· Prepares tickets for will call pickup.
· Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed.
· Other administrative duties as required by theatre management.
· Part-time night and weekends, some day time hours may be required, 10-20 hours a week possible but not guaranteed. Flexible schedule and other opportunities are available.

JOB TITLE: Book Keeper
DEPARTMENT: Finance
The Seminole Theatre seeks a Book Keeper with excellent organizational, communication and logistical skills to join our team. The Seminole Theatre, a historic icon in Homestead, re-opened its doors in December of 2015 and now serves as the premiere performing arts center and cultural hub for the greater Homestead and South Miami Dade area. The Seminole Theatre is managed by Oak View Group Facilities, founded in 2015 by Irving Azoff, Tim Leiweke, with Madison Square Garden Entertainment, a full-service venue management company. They operate and book arenas, theaters, convention centers, and amphitheaters throughout the U.S. delivering customized management plans for each of their venues.
Role Overview:
Under the direction of the Executive and Associate Director, the Bookkeeper works with the company’s finance department to manage the review of multiple accounts, including reconciliation of bank and credit card transactions, preparing and submitting payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tracking income and expenses, helping with project and organizational budgeting, and preparing relevant reports. This position will be a part-time position with the possibility of an extension or joining the full-time staff. This is an ideal entry level position for an early career in finance or administrative professional looking to develop skills and grow within a national organization.
Main Duties:
- Manage Accounts Payable process including organizing and inputting bills and invoices, managing monthly payments, reconciling petty cash and reimbursable expenses, and writing checks for review.
- Review employee time sheets, manage and process payroll transactions, and input new employee paperwork. bi-weekly.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, track expenses and documentation.
- Review and enter ticket reports and event settlements.
- Review and enter concessions sales and inventory updates.
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions, identifying discrepancies.
- Perform weekly and monthly review and reconciliation of accounts with the Executive Director
- Submit regular reports and remittances for sales tax and music licensing payments.
- Support Executive Director and corporate Finance Office to prepare reports for monthly and annual audits.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
