All ticket sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are generally not available except when an event is cancelled. Every ticket order carries a transaction fee, and lap-seat tickets are available for select performances; all patrons regardless of age must have a ticket. If a show is a rental / outside production, the same refund policy applies but the Seminole Theatre does not produce the event — see the notice on the specific event page. If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, patrons may receive the options announced by the Theatre, which may include retaining their tickets for the new date or requesting a refund.
