Designed to help you reset, recharge, and refocus, this gentle, all-levels yoga flow invites you to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and embrace a fresh start in the open air. Your experience includes a signature mimosa to enjoy after class—perfect for celebrating new beginnings. A bar will also be available for additional beverage purchases. Whether you’re setting wellness goals or simply carving out time for yourself, Sip & Breathe is the perfect way to welcome the year with balance, clarity, and calm.
