Previously, McGuire worked as Assistant Contracts and Booking Manager for The Road Company, handling national tours of Wicked, Grease, The Color Purple, David Copperfield and more. He has also worked with the marketing departments at TheaterMania and with Lincoln Center where he worked on the annual summer events Midsummer Night Swing and Lincoln Center Festival.
