DESCRIPTION:Camp Seminole – Registration now open!\nCamp begins June 20th and ends on Friday\, July 29th\, ages 8 -15.\nSeminole Theatre\n\n \n\n  \nThere is a new star in town…your child!  \nDoes your child dream of taking center stage? Learn from the theatre industry’s best! \nTake the first steps by participating in Camp Seminole! During this intensive six-week camp\, campers will learn how to become a triple threat (actor\, singer\, dancer) from industry professionals and specialists with a focus on scene study\, choreography\, vocal training and song interpretation.  In addition\, campers will learn the ins and outs of auditions\, theatre production\, and rehearsal preparation\, all while having fun\, making friendships\, and working inside a professional theatre. \n  \nMayhem and Mystery at the Museum\nA group of students on a field trip… A family on vacation… A few friends on a dare… A pair of friends obsessed with history… What do they all have in common? They’ve all been accused of a crime!! When the museum’s most precious artifact goes missing\, the museum curator and the agent assigned to protect the art work put the museum on lock down. As they work through the mystery themselves\, they task the audience with solving puzzles\, keeping tabs on suspects\, and even voting on the solution to the mystery. Join us for a summer of Mayhem and Mystery at the Museum!! All summer long campers will solve escape rooms\, participate in and create mystery dinners\, sing\, dance\, and act! It’s a summer they will never forget. \n\nCamp begins June 20th and ends on Friday\, July 29th\, ages 8 -15. \nCost: $150.00 per week for 6 weeks. (Sibling\, military and scholarships available) Ask us about our payment plans.  \nPAYMENT SCHEDULE: \n– $100.00 deposit due by June 8\, 2022 \n– Remaining balance due the Thursday before camp starts – June 16\, 2022 \nTWO WAYS TO REGISTER: \nIn person:  To reserve your spot\, fill out the completed registration packet and bring deposit and payments to the Seminole Theatre Box Office Thur – Sat from 12pm – 5pm. \n Online:  To reserve your spot\, pay your deposit online and fill out the completed registration package. \nSummer Camp registration: CLICK HERE \nScholarship Registration: CLICK HERE \nScholarships are now available thanks to the generous donor support of the Friends of the Historic Seminole Theatre and with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs\, the Cultural Affairs Council\, the Mayor\, and the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners. \nCamp Seminole is committed to serving prospective campers\, regardless of their personal financial status or ability to pay. Scholarships will be awarded on an at-need basis. \nTo be considered for a scholarship you must fill out a registration form and a scholarship form online. This event helps build the dancers confidences\, stage presence\, to learn to take direction\, as well as to overcome shyness and to demonstrate their unique personalities.\n  \nWelcome to Rhythmic Dance Academy\, a studio focused on achieving exceptional standards of dance. We believe in nurturing creativity and artistic development and offer a warm and positive environment to foster the growth that all dancers want and need. Our mission at Rhythmic Dance Academy is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance classes\, but a unique experience in which the student can grow both mentally and physically as a dancer. Our highly trained and certified instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and disciplines.​ Here at Rhythmic Dance Academy\, we have a passion for the art of dance and for helping others discover their inner dancer. \n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n All orders carry a transaction fee. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled\, patrons would then get the choice of a refund\, credit or pick a different show. All patrons\, regardless of age\, must have a ticket. All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason except event cancellation. \nA “lap pass” may be purchased for children 3 years or younger who will not require a seat. Lap passes are $5 each.  Reservations are not required for lap passes-they can be picked up/purchased at the Box Office the day of the performance. \nPlease note: This production\, meeting\, or event is not presented or produced by the Seminole Theatre\, Oak View Group\, or the City of Homestead.
