The turned upside down with remote living  and working. As we slowly move out from under that moment in history What if Works\, with  the support of the Homestead Center for the Arts\, invites you to join actors and director in person for a unique screening of a costumed stage reading of Les Standiford’s “The Man Who  Invented Christmas.” recorded remotely with the author providing the narration of the stage  directions.  \nFirst published as a book in 2008\, a 2018 adaptation for film featured Christopher Plummer as  Scrooge. Now the book is adapted into a stage play.
