DESCRIPTION:Monday\, 18 June 2018 09:00am – Friday\, 13 July 2018 5:00pm\nSeminole Theatre\n18 N Krome\, Homestead\, FL\, US\n\n\n\n\n\nThere is a new star in town…your child!  \nDoes your child dream of taking center stage? Learn from the theatre industry’s best! \nTake the first steps by participating in the Seminole Theatre’s Musical Theatre Conservatory Camp.  During this intensive four-week camp\, campers will learn how to become a triple threat (actor\, singer\, dancer) from industry professionals and specialists with a focus on scene study\, choreography\, vocal training and song interpretation.  In addition\, campers will learn the ins and outs of auditions\, theater production\, and rehearsal preparation\, all while having fun\, making friendships\, and working inside a professional theater.  Campers will work toward their own musical theater showcase\, presented on the Seminole Theatre stage for family and friends on the final Friday of class. \nCheck out photos from last year’s camp featuring a song written exclusively for camp and performed by our campers!\n<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/_XPr6UjTgqs?autoplay=1&rel=0&amp;start=20″ frameborder=”0″ allow=”autoplay; encrypted-media” allowfullscreen></iframe> \nSESSION 1\nCost: $600.00 \nDeposit: $100.00 deposit due by May 30th\, 2018.\nDuration: Begins Monday\, June 18th and ends on Friday\, July 13th\nAges: 8 -14 \n(Balance due on the first day of camp.)\n\n\n\n\n\nTUITION\nCamp tuition for The Seminole Theatre Musical Theatre Conservatory is $600 for four weeks. Each session will have a maximum of 40 students (ask about a sibling & military discount). You can reserve a spot in the camp by paying a non-refundable deposit of $100 by May 1st and balance due on the first day of camp.\n\n\n\n\n\nSCHOLARSHIPS\nScholarships are now available thanks to the generous donor support of the Friends of the Historic Seminole Theatre and with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs\, the Cultural Affairs Council\, the Mayor\, and the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners.\nSeminole Theatre Summer Camp Conservatory is committed to serving prospective campers\, regardless of their personal financial status or ability to pay. Scholarships will be awarded on an at-need basis. \nPlease fill out the application completely and return it directly to the Seminole theatre Box Office or email to katheriner@seminoletheatre.org.
