Gallery Night – Sandy DeWitt
On Monday, December 4, the Seminole Theatre will open its doors to the public for a Gallery Night at the Seminole. From 6:00-8:00 pm, guests are welcome to browse the artwork on display, meet the featured artist, and enjoy wine and cheese.
This month’s featured artist is Susan Sorrentino who calls this exhibit “HOMESTEAD Harvest”. All of the paintings are inspired by her love of the Homestead’s beautiful greenery, landscapes, and agricultural harvests. Susan was born and raised in Miami Beach and has been an accomplished artist all of her life, winning numerous awards for her work throughout her career. She also has experience as a jewelry/mixed media artist for 30 years and has created a collection called “Art To Wear” which can be found online at www.etsy.com/shop/susansorrentino.
Tickets and information are also available at the Seminole Theatre box office, 786-650-2073 or at 18 N Krome Ave, Homestead, FL. The box office is open Tuesday-Saturday 12:00-6:00 pm.
