To create a stage flat, you’ll need:
SUPPLIES
– Muslin or Canvas fabric or Luan plywood (1/4-inch or 1/8-inch)
– Pine lumber for frame (1×2-inch, 1×3-inch or 1×4-inch)
– Miter saw
– Jigsaw
– Staple gun
– Carpenters glue
– Paint/paintbrushes
– Hammer/nails
– Screw/ screw gun
– Safety gear should include gloves, safety goggles and ear protection as needed. Also, appropriate clothing and shoes to help protect your arms and feet.
During this live workshop, we will be taking donations to help support the Seminole Theatre and local artists.
