If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, the Seminole Theatre is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is canceled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. The Seminole Theatre will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation.
Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Theatre.
The Seminole Theatre has a cafe and bar with snacks and a fully stocked bar for both alcoholic and soft drinks available prior to and during performances. We do not allow outside food to be brought into the venue.

Street parking is available throughout Historic Downtown Homestead. The following public parking locations are also within walking distance of the theatre.
A public park-and-ride lot is located near the corner of South Flagler Avenue and Mowry Drive.
Public parking is available at Homestead City Hall on Washington Avenue, south of Southwest 2nd Street.
The Homestead Station parking garage is located at 4 S. Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030, just south of the theatre. Follow posted signs for current public access, hours and rates.
Drop-off and pick-up: The Seminole Theatre’s front entrance may be used as a passenger drop-off and pick-up point for performances. Patrons who need accessibility assistance or information about accessible seating should contact the Box Office before their visit at 786-650-2073.
Please park only in marked public spaces. Nearby private lots — including lots reserved for restaurants and other businesses — may tow unauthorized vehicles.

Florida’s Turnpike: Travel south to Exit 1. Follow signs toward U.S. 1 North and Krome Avenue/S.R. 997, then continue into Downtown Homestead. The theatre is at 18 N. Krome Avenue.
U.S. 1: Travel south on U.S. 1 and turn right onto Campbell Drive/S.W. 312th Street. Turn left onto Krome Avenue/S.R. 997. The Seminole Theatre will be on your right.
Krome Avenue/S.R. 997: Travel south on Krome Avenue into Downtown Homestead. The Seminole Theatre will be on your right.
Travel north on U.S. 1 and turn left onto Palm Drive/S.W. 344th Street. Turn right onto Krome Avenue/S.R. 997. The Seminole Theatre will be on your left.
