Perspective(s) is a look at our lives from every angle. With each song and vignette, we try to answer questions such as, What is normal? What is loneliness? What is beauty? Through lively storytelling, songs, and more, this musical-theater-style presentation by Vessels of G.O.L.D. will leave you wanting more!

As a special bonus, four other groups (ages 6-17) from the Talents Unleashed studio will present excerpts from their Spring shows before intermission, followed by the full presentation of Perspective(s). See Nuggets of G.O.L.D., Chrysos, Vessels Vault, and G.O.L.D. in Harmony featured before our main presentation.

This year, Vessels of G.O.L.D. is represented by 18 homeschooled students, ages 12-18. The group works together throughout the school year to put together an original show based on a theme. The theme choice and most scripts are written by the performers. Vessels of G.O.L.D. has been presenting this show to libraries, schools, retirement centers and other community groups throughout the month of April. This show at Seminole Theatre has become a yearly tradition as the season finale.

As always, our shows are family-friendly and enjoyed by all ages. This show with intermission is expected to last about 3 hours.

Next stop: auditions for next year and summer camps for ages 6-18!

Since 2010, The Miss South Florida Scholarship Pageant has produced local competitions for the Miss America Organization. We are an all-volunteer 501(c) (4) non-profit organization dedicated to offering scholarship opportunities to young ladies between the ages of 13- 25 years in the South Florida Community. When you purchase a ticket for our local pageant or make a donation in support of our Miss America local scholarship program, you join the group of generous individuals who are investing in the lives of girls and young women right here in our local community.

As an example, our Miss South Florida 2018, Jessica Hargrave, moved on to compete and place in Miss Florida 2018 Pageant learning several thousand dollars in scholarships in the process as well as networking with many outstanding young Florida women.

Did you know that the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is the national social impact initiative for the Miss America Organization? Miss America candidates at the local, state and national levels contribute tens of thousands of community service hours annually and have raised over $16 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Miss America scholarships since 2007. Miss America acts as a goodwill ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals throughout her year of service.

We hope you will join us in supporting these young women by purchasing some tickets and joining us for an exciting night showcasing their drive, talent, and capabilities! Winners of our Miss South Florida Scholarship Pageant will be competing in the Miss Florida Scholarship Pageant in Lakeland Florida, in June 2019. And the winner of the Miss Florida competition will compete for Miss America in September.
