The world’s greatest Rat Pack experience!

“BEST Show of The Year!” Writes BROADWAY WORLD – Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

The TELEGRAPH & GAZETTE writes, “There are several Rat Pack shows out there, but if you're looking for authenticity instead of imitation, Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show is the one to see."

There is ONLY one REAL Rat Pack Experience! Produced by Hackett Miller, Inc. and currently in its 10th season, "Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show" is a critically acclaimed musical, theatrical production which has performed to rave reviews by critics and audience members throughout the U.S. Having their own personal connection to the iconic legends they portray, producers, Sandy Hackett and Lisa Dawn Miller can tell this story like no one else. Hackett and Miller have created a truly authentic, avant-garde theatrical production based on the musical and comedic legacy of the Rat Pack which captures the relationship, respect, love and laughter of a once-in-a-lifetime moment in history.

"'Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show' is different for two reasons. First: It is not just a revue; it's a musical with a narrative. Second: Its star actually grew up around Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Joey Bishop." -YAKIMA HERALD

The Afro Roots Fest will make its debut in the City of Homestead at the historic Seminole Theater on Saturday, April 27, 2019, with a special presentation of Cuban singer / songwriter Danay Suarez an Islamorada-based guitarist David Feder  beginning at 8 p.m.

A veteran of many major national and international music festivals, Danay won the prestigious La Gaviota de Inspiración award during the 2017 Festival Viňa in Chile.

Feder fuses his background of jazz and classical music with Flamenco folk stylings and a multi-cultural island vibe. His music has been featured on NPR’s All Songs ConsideredWorld Café LivePBS Art LoftNPR’s Folk & Acoustic Music, among other outlets. Feder spent six weeks at the top of the Broadjam World Music Chart with his critically acclaimed album “Black Emerald” and has been featured on All My Children (ABC), Art Loft (PBS), the NBC Good Morning show, National Park Service Educational Videos, and Florida Everglades Documentaries.

Now in its 21st year, the Afro Roots Fest – named one of “South Florida’s Ten Best Music Festivals” by the Miami New Times – is a travelling affair that brings music from the African diaspora and the Caribbean to the masses.
